Bocconcino Rayong was born from the passion of Marco Cantamessa, an Italian native of Bergamo, who fulfilled a lifelong dream in Thailand: bringing authentic Italian cuisine to the table.

From a young age, Marco nurtured his love for gastronomy by spending time alongside chef friends and industry experts, from whom he dedicatedly learned the secrets of Italian cooking. Over the years, his experience has grown, fueled by a genuine passion and a continuous desire for improvement.

Today, Marco is the driving force behind Bocconcino Rayong, personally overseeing every detail in the kitchen. He offers dishes that honor Italian tradition, enriched with a sensitivity that wins over both local and international palates.
After many years living in Thailand, Marco has developed a deep understanding of local and international tastes, skillfully preserving the authenticity of Italian cuisine while embracing just the right amount of flexibility to make every dining experience at Bocconcino truly special.
